Who has your keys?
Providing GPS secured home watch service for the educated seasonal residents of North Naples. Weekly and bi-weekly visits include exterior check of grounds including landscape, lawn, roof, mailbox etc. Interior check includes visual check for water damage, mold, AC unit settings, refrigerator, brush and flush toilets etc. Lanai and pool area checked for equipment, water level etc. Vendor Key In, Concierge service and car drive available upon request.

CAR DRIVE SERVICE
Exterior and Interior check. Air Conditioning, Humidity,Water on/off, Water Heater, Garage, Lanai, Pool area, etch
AC servicing, plumbing, cleaners, furniture deliveries...if someone needs access to your home I can be there to let them in and be sure the job is completed correctly. Food shopping, dry cleaning, mailing packages and anything else you need while you are away or just before you arrve.
Many vehicles require more than just starting and running in place. I recommend you speak with your mechanic for advice on what is best for your vehicle. Oil change, car wash and driving offered.
